Minor Improvements:
  1. An adjustment was made to allow the creation of notes according to the type of note and the corresponding module, as well as the display of the reasons for the note according to the type of note and the module.
  2. An adjustment was made to the carry-over forms to allow users to fill them out later when they are selected from the random pool.
New Features:
  1. Smart Report: You can generate dynamic and customized reports, as well as configure their automatic delivery by email, defining the frequency and recipients.
  2.  Configurable notifications: An editing panel is included that allows you to customize the content of notifications using editing tools, as well as associate them with specific services or forms according to your needs.
  3. Reset Form Option: A feature has been added to reset a form to its complete state, allowing you to fill it out again when necessary.
  4. User manager: it will feature a new module for creating, editing, and managing users, roles, and permissions, allowing flexible and secure access assignment within the portal.
  5. Import employees: A view has been created that allows you to create, edit, search, and list the fields needed to extract information from the file and import employee data. 
  6. Decision tree: The functionality to build decision trees was created, which can be assigned according to the service and organization to be displayed. Depending on the selected responses, the system determines and executes the corresponding action.
Visual Changes:
  1. When the icon shown below is found, it redirects you to view the user guide for that functionality; it will only be displayed when the documentation is available in the system.

  2. In the form configuration view, I adjusted the list to show active and inactive records and enabled list pagination.
